Chiba Bank has constructed an "Analysis and Marketing Foundation" in collaboration with NS Solutions and Nippon Information and Communication to pursue "Advanced One-to-One Marketing". By utilizing this foundation, Chiba Bank will deliver optimal information and proposals to each customer at the most appropriate timing.

The newly constructed "Analysis and Marketing Foundation" adopts the cloud data platform "Snowflake" as the foundation for centrally consolidating analytical data, integrated with the customer data utilization service "Treasure Data CDP". This foundation will aggregate not only traditional deposit account data but also customer behavioral data from applications, emails, and other channels. By utilizing this foundation, Chiba Bank will provide product and service proposals aligned with customer needs through optimal approach channels, promoting the advancement of "One-to-One Marketing."
