DGFT Launches its O2O Payment Service “Cloud Pay REGI”

DG Financial Technology (DGFT), a subsidiary of Digital Garage, has announced the launch of initiatives integration of online and offline payments between compact automatic payment machines manufactured by AKATSUKI ELECTRIC, and DGFT's O2O terminal-free payment service “Cloud Pay REGI."
With the introduction of cashless systems across a wide range of industries including SMEs in recent years, as well as the use of “online customer service solutions” that provide non-face-to-face customer service and the growing interest in labor-saving operations, there has been a growing trend toward achieving greater operational efficiency and labor savings in all industries.
Meanwhile, there are certain types of businesses with high cash payment requirements, with many businesses struggling to achieve a balance between cashless and cash services.

With this collaboration, users will be able to use their own smartphones to scan “Cloud Pay REGI” QR codes displayed in stores and on online screens, etc., and select either “cashless” or “cash” as their payment method. Cashless payments are completed entirely on the user’s smartphone, eliminating the need for a dedicated payment terminal or cash register. When users select cash, “ARUNAS AES-CUT” can still be used for cash payments using payment machines.
Given that payment data, including for cash payments, can be managed centrally in “Cloud Pay REGI,” it can be used to examine usage or other trends that had been difficult to visualize in the past.
DGFT Implements its “Cloud Pay” QR Code Payment Service in Nayax's Automatic Service Machines

DG Financial Technology (DGFT), a subsidiary of Digital Garage, has announced that its unified QR code payment solution “Cloud Pay” has been adopted for use in the “VPOS” series, a payment terminal for automated service machines developed by Nayax, a provider with an overwhelming global presence, having deployed more than 1.3 million cashless payment and IoT solutions worldwide.

Nayax plans to expand the number of machines equipped with the “VPOS” series to vending machines, amusement machines, laundromats, and other automated service machines, and this will facilitate QR code payments for the 8 brands of “Cloud Pay” (PayPay / au PAY / d PAY / Rakuten Pay / Merpay / J-Coin Pay / Alipay+ / WeChat Pay, with more brands to be added in the future) to be used in the domain of automated service machines and unmanned payments, which are said to have major potential for introducing cashless payment systems.
DGBT Launches “DGBT Security Assessment Service”
DG Business Technology (DGBT), a Digital Garage Group company that provides comprehensive support for digital businesses, has launched the “DGBT Security Assessment Service” for e-commerce business operators.
“DGBT Security Assessment Service” is a diagnostic service supporting the implementation of “Vulnerability Countermeasures” required by e-commerce business operators under the “Credit Card Security Guidelines Edition 6.0” (“Guidelines 6.0”), which were revised in March 2025. The Guidelines are positioned as a “practical guideline” for security measures required by the Installment Sales Act (for deferred payments), as stipulated in the Supervisory Guidelines based on this law and overseen by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
A number of diagnostic plans are available to suit the structure, budget and technical resources of e-commerce sites, making it easy for business operators implementing vulnerability countermeasures for the first time to handle their issue.
