Hokkoku to Launch SaaS-based Next-Generation Core Banking System Offering
CC Innovation, a group company of Hokkoku Financial Holdings, has decided to license the next-generation core banking system currently being developed for Hokukoku Bank from January 2028, as well as various subsystems developed and utilized in-house, to regional financial institutions outside the group. CC Innovation will also begin providing migration support consulting services from existing systems.
Moving forward, Hokkoku Financial Holdings will continue to work together with those who share its values, sharing and enhancing value while aiming to achieve both social issue resolution and profit generation in each respective region.

(1) Next-Generation Core Banking System
Regional financial institution accounting system scheduled to commence operation in January 2027
Features:
- Enhanced availability through multi-cloud architecture
- Modernized programming language from COBOL to Java
- Additional implemented functions will be provided free of charge without customization
Pricing:
- Annual running cost: 600 million yen and up; varies according to data volume handled. Price includes multi-public cloud usage fees.
- Initial implementation cost: Not required

- Personal internet banking
- Corporate internet banking
- Customer information management system (equipped with lending support functions/AI capabilities)
- HRM system
- Anti-money laundering system
- Credit/debit card merchant system (acquiring business)
- Debit card issuance and operation system (issuing business)
- Deposit-type stablecoin system, etc.

- Annual running cost: 100 million yen and up; varies depending on subsystems implemented
