Jamm, which aims to realize a free payment society, has completed a fundraising of 496 million yen through third-party allocation with ANRI and XTech Ventures as co-leads, and DG Daiwa Ventures and Riku Sugie (former Paidy CEO) as participants.

### About "Digital Cash Payment! Jamm"

"Digital Cash Payment! Jamm" is a new payment service that allows direct payment from your regular bank account.

Users can complete bank account payments by simply selecting "Digital Cash Payment! Jamm" on online payment pages.

### Progress Since Previous Funding

The Proof of Concept (PoC) has been completed, and Jamm is about to introduce the service to major merchants.

This will enable merchants to allow "non-credit card preferring" users to make both one-time and recurring payments directly from their bank accounts through "Digital Cash Payment! Jamm."

Anticipating future increases in payment volume, Jamm has designed a highly scalable system architecture from the initial stage, investing in an architecture capable of instant processing even when transaction volumes increase several-fold. From an audit and reliability perspective, Jamm has built an internal double-entry bookkeeping system directly linked to the payment system, ensuring daily verification that merchant sales amounts match Jamm's cash balances.

### Features Added Since Previous Funding Announcement

- Integration with 309 financial institution accounts
- Development of Jamm internal automated accounting system and integration with Jamm payment system
- Provision of two identity verification methods compliant with anti-money laundering laws (Method F and Method G)
