Strategic Partnership Between Tokio Marine dR and Corpy for AI Risk Management

Tokio Marine dR (TdR) and Corpy & Co. will begin a strategic business partnership from July 2025 aimed at supporting the promotion of AI utilization by Japanese companies.

Through this partnership, TdR's AI governance-related expertise will be combined with Corpy's advanced AI technology to contribute to solving challenges that companies face in AI development, provision, and utilization.

1. Background

In recent years, as the use of AI technology by companies has rapidly advanced, ensuring the safety and reliability of AI systems has become an important challenge. Particularly with discussions progressing on AI-related regulations including the EU AI Act, and with Japan's "AI Promotion Act" being enacted in May 2025, momentum for appropriate AI utilization is growing both domestically and internationally. Companies are now required to ensure explainability and transparency in the design, development, and operation of AI products and AI services.

In light of this situation, TdR, which provides AI governance construction and risk assessment solutions, and Corpy, which provides solutions to improve AI safety, explainability, and transparency, have begun a strategic business partnership to contribute to promoting AI utilization by Japanese companies.
