Korea's DSRV partners with Coincheck's Next Finance Tech for Japanese market entry

Korean blockchain infrastructure company DSRV has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Japan's Next Finance Tech (NFT).

Through this agreement, both companies plan to jointly pursue blockchain infrastructure business across Asia, starting with the Japanese market. DSRV will provide infrastructure services in Japan including node operation, staking solutions, custody, and stablecoin-based payment systems. The company also seeks to enter the market focusing on institutional clients by leveraging NFT's local network.

NFT is a blockchain infrastructure company headquartered in Tokyo that was acquired by Nasdaq-listed Coincheck Group in February. It serves major exchanges and financial institutions in Japan, providing custody and research services for enterprises.

DSRV is preparing to operate services tailored to Japan's regulatory environment based on its technical expertise in areas such as Ethereum staking. The agreement with NFT represents the first official collaboration to expand local partnerships.

"NFT is a partner with strong networks in Japan's financial sector, and this agreement provides a practical opportunity for entering the Japanese market," said Kim Ji-yoon, CEO of DSRV. "We plan to expand our business to key Asian markets based on both companies' technology and networks."
Shoichiro Tokuriki, CEO of NFT, stated, "It is meaningful to collaborate with DSRV, which has gained global recognition for its technology," adding, "We will expand our joint business in Japan and throughout Asia."
